Wet Back Advantage:
Dry backs are subject to deteriorating rear refractory. leaking baffles, leaking door seals, and often found with a heat stressed rear tube sheet, Fragile refractory baffling and door seals will require continuous monitoring, maintenance, and replacement, costing thousands of rupees in materials and specialized labour cost over the life of the boiler. In addition, broken baffles and leaking seals will short-circuit boiler efficiency up until repairs can be made, and downtime during repairs can bring your production process to a halt.
Oil Burner:Fuelpac manufacture oil burners which are high pressure spill return type These provide good turn down ratio without affecting the atomization. They are suitable for various types of oils like Furnace oil, LSHS. LDO etc. The oil is circulated up to the nozzle when burner is off, This completely eliminates the clogging of nozzle. Specially designed nozzle rod and quick closing nozzle solenoid valve avoids oil spillage when burner is off.
Gas Burner:Fuelpac manufacture industrial gas burners which are ingenious mixing device, which forms basis of high efficiency and also allows the flame to be adjusted to the dimensions for the combustion chamber. The burners are fully modulating type. This means that they produce the exact heat quantity which is required of any time. Modulating Mechanism not only controls increase or decrease of fuel but also matches the supply of air in such an optimum way that a highly efficient combustion process is guaranteed al every level. The burner provides the turn down ratio 1:5.
Oil-cum Gas Burners :Fuelpac manufacture industrial oil cum gas burners which are provided with all salient features of Fuelpac oil burners as well as Gas burners. These burners can be operated on oil or gas. The changing of fuel does not require any modifications but is achieved by a simple change over switch.
Gas Contral Station :Fuelpac designs and supplies the entire gas control system including all the safeties required. This broadly consists of gas-filter, pressure regulator, relief valve, gas pressure switch, safety, main, pilot, solenoid/pneumatic, control valves, leak testing system, pressure gauges etc.
Controls & Safeties :- • Automatic control of high and low level of water gives dry steam.
- • High Steam pressure through pressure switch will cut off ID & FD fan resulting into low firing.
- • Flue gas temperature controller trips the system in case of No/Less water and or poor heat transfer because of soot formation.
- • Double post safety valve.
- • Fusible plug
