Complete CombustionOur manufactured Coal / Wood Fired IBR Steam Boiler Large furnace Diameter and length results into complete combustion duct to its higher residence time.
Balance Draught :Coal / Wood Fired IBR Steam Boiler combination of ID fan and FD fan gives balance draught in the boiler furnace. It maintains the furnace at near zero pressure to ensure complete and efficient combustion. It minimizes unwanted air through fire doors, reduces fly ash, controls flame length & optimum velocity of flue gases for better heat transfer.
Air Preheating & Air Distribution :Coal / Wood Fired IBR Steam Boiler from waste heat of flue gas maximum possible heat is recovered so as perfect combustion of fuel is achieved. lt improves in combustion efficiency, minimises Carbon formation and no clinker formation. Proper Air distribution gives uniform heating avoids unwanted stress in grate thus increases grate life.
Rocking Grate :Our Coal / Wood Fired IBR Steam Boiler are rocking grate spreads coal uniformly prevents clinker formation and easy ash removal. Ash removal without opening main door thus avoids cold air entry into furnace.
Dry SteamCoal / Wood Fired IBR Steam Boiler have high water holding capacity and large steam space delivers dry steam which speeds up heating process thus shortens process time.
Easy and fast Installation :Coal / Wood Fired IBR Steam Boiler Coalpac uniquely designed boiler comes complete with required mountings and fittings, feed pumps assembly, Air preheater, water level controller, ID fan, FD fan on common base frame is ready for easy erection.
Number of Beller passe :Coal / Wood Fired IBR Steam Boiler have 3 pass unit provides 3 opportunities for heat transfer with proper gas velocity. Compared to 2 pass heat transfer in 3 pass will be better. Proper heat transfer results in to high efficiency and low fuel cost.
Controls & Safeties :- • Automatic control of high and low level of water gives dry steam.
- • High Steam pressure through pressure switch will cut off ID & FD fan resulting into low firing.
- • Flue gas temperature controller trips the system in case of No/less water and or poor heat transfer because of soot formation.
